Whether you want to do a senior mailing or a newsletter to families in your area, we can help you determine the right names to send your pieces to. We can search by zip code, county, radius, or any combination. We can also attach criteria to that search such as income level, number of children living at home, or by house value.
One-time Use vs. Unlimited Use – There are two ways to order a list: to use the list just once or to use it again and again. The cost will change based on which frequency you choose.
Criteria – List costs also vary depending on what criteria you choose. List costs begin at $188 and are based on the use, criteria and the number of records.
If you're ordering a list of high school seniors, we must include a pdf sample of what materials are mailing with the order. This ensures that the mailing piece is not offensive and does not violate privacy laws for persons under the age of 18. If we are doing the printing as well, we will automatically send a pdf with the list request. We cannot order lists for high school seniors without a pdf of the piece being mailed. YOU CAN SUPPLY YOUR OWN LIST...
The best file formats to send us for your mailing list are either Microsoft Excel or a tab or comma delimited text file. The most common file formats and extensions for mailing lists are:
.CSV Comma Delimited
.TXT Tab Delimited
.XLS Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet
.MDB Microsoft Access
The minimum required fields are:
Name
Address1
City, State, Zip.
Optional fields are:
Business Name
Address 2
Dept., etc.
There is a limit of 5 lines for any address which in turn limits the number of different fields we can include.

Need to order a list, but want to add your own customer list? We can take multiple lists and merge them together and take out any duplicates (called "merge and purge") to come up with a final mailing list.
